A Gong Puja is an all-night sound ceremony. Fromyour cozy bed, you may sleep, rest, meditate, or simply listen while the gongsare played gently and continuously throughout the night.

Four experienced gong players—Alexandra Ott,Alejandro Notz, Fabio Vescarelli, and Ana Sonar—will take turns playing throughout the night, each bringing their own style, sensitivity, and presence.

The ceremony takes place at flow60, a warm and welcoming space where you can fully surrender to the sound and the experience of the night.

This All Night Gong Puja, from Friday evening into Saturday morning, honors the frequencies of relaxation, regeneration, and innerrestoration.

This 7.5-hour sound meditation offers the depth and transformative power of multiple gong baths in one uninterrupted journey.
