Embodied NVC - the non verbal sides of nvc - how to take the contents and tools and see how they are expressed in body language. And how empathy can be expressed through the body. The second topic is NVC and shadow exploration - How to bring empathy to the parts we don'tlike within ourselves. If it is judgement, cowardice, or apathy... and how tobring empathy to the "inner conversation" between different parts of us.
The second day will deal with Embodied Intimacy. What is intimacy, why do people yearn for intimacy and fear it at the same time, how intimacy is related to the willingness to be vulnerable and be seen, and how we have the power to create intimacy if we choose to.
